De Bartoli’s Vignaverde is the most accessible style of Grillo. 100% Grillo, from grapes that are picked earlier in their maturation (late Augustrather than early September) and lend the wine a younger and more vigorous expression of the fruit.
Fermentation with wild yeasts takes place intemperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.
The wine continues to age for 6 months on its lees.
The finished wine is lively and refreshing.
