Jacquesson Cuvée 739 N.V, Champagne, France
At Jacquesson, they believe that the best of each harvest should be celebrated.
Grapes from 2009 make up 70% of this cuvée. They were picked in perfect condition, with levels of maturity comparable to 2002. The acidity was lower than 2008 but certainly high enough to allow the potential for long ageing.
There are flinty notes of honey and white flower, with a palate of stone fruit and hints of almond and hazelnut. At a glance
