Produced in Les Baux de Provence, on limestone-clay soil, handharvested and using biodynamic viticulture.
This wine is rich in natural, Provencal aromas: the classic lavender, rosemary and thyme as well as more animaly, wild nuances of smoked beef and reduced gravy. The palate is gripping and like all great wines there seems to be something different in every mouthful.
