Gaetano Giangaspero is head sommelier of Orrery Restaurant.  While he grew up in Puglia in the south of Italy and loves the region's famous wines, he also shares a passion for many of the same areas of France which are ever-popular with guests at the Marylebone institution.

Wines from Burgundy, the Loire and the South West of France are always in high demand at Orrery and here Gaetano has chosen a red and white favourite from each. We love them and we’re sure you will too...
