A nose of white and yellow flowers, a waxy texture and hints of dried apricot and quince. Mango flavours, almond blossom and beeswax are round in the mouth with a peppery finish. To get the best out of it, try serving it at a cool temperature and decanting it to see how the aromas develop magically in the glass.
